Thank you for taking the time to view my website. When I started out in the early 1980s as a medical photographer it was all icky yucky gruesome stuff but nowadays its fun and fabulous weddings and chirpy pucker people and sweet little things that dash about and furry dudes that purr and woof. Medical photography wasnt my vocation but it helped me on the way to one. The NHS sent me to college part-time over three years where I gained recognised professional photographic qualifications. I also worked as a photographer for the Natural Environmental Research Council for a time, and as a volunteer photographer for the RSPCA, and, years later, an education officer for them too. Then I retrained at uni as a teacher before finally setting up my own photography business.
Meeting people, their families, their friends and pets, photographing happy times and beautiful things is just fab! If you like my work and would like me to photograph you, your family, friends, your little furry mates or your special day please let me know. By using a mixture of photographic styles reportage, traditional & editorial I'll provide you with contemporary images in both colour and black & white; narrate the story of your wedding day; preserve spontaneous moments that were fun and happy and allow you to relive moments you loved and enjoy ones you weren't even aware had happened. I take great care and pride in what I do. I enjoy working through the images Ive taken, putting together wedding albums and image books, handing over memories and seeing people smile.
