I'm quite a poser but my husband is more reserved so it was good practice for the big day! Out of these photos, we chose one to be enlarged and mounted for guests at the wedding to sign, which was a lovely touch and a great keepsake! Leading up to the big day, Yvonne was very involved in the process finding out exactly what we wanted and making great suggestions. I really appreciated her input and it helped us to plan the day properly as we weren't having a Master of Ceremonies or anything. As we love films and my husband is Italian, Yvonne came up with some great suggestions, inspired from our favourite films, such as the Godfather and Casino, they really worked out great! On the day, Yvonne arrived with an assistant a couple of hours before the ceremony to take photos of me getting ready and stayed right until after the first dance, not leaving until after 9pm. Again, this was much more than a lot of other photographers offered. We had photos of me getting ready, the ceremony, photos at a nearby venue after the church, some informal shot of the guests mingling etc, the speeches, the cake cutting, formal family shots, and lots and lots of me and my husband together in a fashion magazine style. We had hundreds to choose from! We have just got our album (which would have been ready much sooner but we spent 2 months choosing pictures!), which was really fast, everyone else I know waited up to a year or longer for their albums. We opted to have a DVD of the images rather than parent albums as we chose a lot of photos of just the two of us for the album, how vain! so we have the option now to print whichever photos we want and put them into albums ourselves. Also included in the price was a post wedding photo shoot (like trash the dress/rock the frock/I Do Redo style) and a framed print. Yvonne has gone out of her way to send us samples etc to Italy and we will have her to take the first official photos of our baby, which is due in September this year. I'd definitely recommend Yvonne if you want something personalized and if photography is going to be an important feature of your big day.
