We know it has taken a few months, wedding pictures are wonderful and the idea of the book just great. Thanks for coming all the way to Perth to do them we knew you were the right choice.

We were looking for a Photographer to photograph our Wedding Day last April and wanted them to capture the whole day from the preparation in the morning right through to the first dance. We had met with a few photographers but hadn't really seen anything that made them stand out from the rest or felt a rapport with any of them. When we found Yvonne we knew immediately that her style of photography was what we were looking for and she made us feel at ease straight away. We wanted photos of the day that weren't overly posed and traditional - we wanted an album that told us the story of our day. Everyone who we have shown the pictures to have been really impressed with the look and quality of them and have all said it's the nicest wedding album they have ever seen even better than their own!

Within five minutes of meeting Yvonne we knew she was the one to do our wedding photos. We clicked straight away and she just "got us". On the day of the wedding Yvonne made us relaxed and enjoy the experience, which as a guy who hates having his photo taken was an achievement. Not just a great original photographer but now a great friend.

We booked Yvonne to take our wedding photos last year. We had the difficult problem of not wanting to have the traditional high street photographer and thinking we couldn't afford something more modern or reportage style - I hate having my photo taken and was nervous about having to stand for lots of staged photos. I couldn't believe my luck when I found Yvonne's site and prices and she agreed to come from Nottingham to Peterborough to shoot our wedding. We had a pre wedding portrait where Yvonne came to our home and took some lovely shots and this was included in our package. She took time to get to know us and our preferences and she didn't come across as insincere like a lot of people in the wedding business do. On the day she took some gorgeous photos, and we had so much fun doing some very "different" photos with our guests later in the evening. Most of the time we didn't notice her there doing her thing but the guests who spoke to her said how friendly she was. Yvonne put our shots online for us so we were able to view a taster whilst we were on honeymoon and we put a link on our facebook page. Everyone who has seen our photos has said that it looked like a really fun day and a big part of that was down to Yvonne. I can't say enough good things about Yvonne and her photography and can't wait for an excuse to book her again!

It was an easy choice to use Yvonne to photograph our wedding in July 2007.From our 1st meeting Yvonne put us both at ease, her style and quality of photography stood out miles above the rest.On the day the weather was not too kind but between the showers Yvonne captured a fantastic series of photographs,her natural ability to put people at ease really stood out and our guests thought she was amazing. To sum it all up the Yvonne Lishman Photography experiance was out of this world; if we do it again we will knock on Yvonne's door.

We received a portrait session as a wedding gift, we had no idea what we wanted and were reluctant, camera shy customers. Yvonne came to our home and immediately put us all at ease, we had a relaxed and fun afternoon, taking pictures in our home and garden. Within a few days the proofs were online for us to view and we were very pleased with the results. I would highly recommend Yvonne to anyone, she is very professional, takes excellent photographs and is a very nice person too!.

Yvonne has taken on two projects for me so far including a cat portrait which she turned into a fabulous canvas picture and my twins baptism. Yvonne has a fabulous customer service approach with nothing too much trouble she listens to what you want and goes out of her way to achieve it. She shows great attention to detail and has high standards. I would use her again for any photographic events and recommend her highly.

Yvonne took an excellent set of photos at my step-daughter's wedding in August. The bride and groom were very pleased with the results. The difficult bit is now trying to decide which photos to include in their album as they are all so good. Yvonne has managed to capture so well the happiness and informality of the wedding and reception.

Yvonne is a highly skilled and competant photographer. She is particularly good with informal wedding shots and always succeeds in delivering what her clients ask for. The photographs on the website reflect the care and attention that goes into each picture that she takes.

Yvonne is either an Artist with the skill of a Photographer or a Photographer with the eye of an Artist. Either way, her work is stunning yet her fees are at the better end of competitive. A true professional to work with.

I just wanted to say thanks so much for the 'bump and baby' photos. The photos of the 'bump' are a wonderful record of my son pre-birth and the 'after' photos of the whole family are just beautiful. It's lovely to have the before and the after!
